I heard back from my publisher. He likes what I have so far and is looking forward to seeing a final draft. So today I plan on writing revisions. But, I'll probably get sidetracked with writing up submissions for a friend's book instead, and/or writing a couple magazine articles for my column. First though, lunch.

Isn't it fun how much has changed in 6 years? You're no longer single and hating it, your new marriage is living up to what it should be, you're a pro DJ, and you're an expatriate. Who would've seen all that coming?

I'd post a picture of what I want, but it doesn't really exist. I want a collection of business casual, ankle length, a-line skirts, with pockets and belt loops, solid color, in black, khaki, grey, brown, and olive. Kilts are easy to find, but a-lines that are cut for men ... nearly impossible. *sigh*

"Trust Me, I'm Lying" by Ryan Holiday. After reading that, I'll never read a blog or online news site again. Not like I ever really did in the past.

I've wanted a pair of these ever since I learned about them a few months ago: So I bought a pair and they're just as awesome as I thought they'd be. I love 'em!

Yeah, I found that funny. TWB read all of the books and said they kinda suck. HBO took the show in a whole new direction and it's really well done. That is kinda annoying. It seems like everyone in town is supernatural in one way or another. It makes it less special. Wait until you get to this season. So far Christopher Meloni is awesome! It looks like we'll be getting to that this Sunday. I can't wait!

TaysteeWonderBunny and I just got back from Bean and Eternal's place where we watch "True Blood" every week with Slogo and Lord of Sins.

I miss Mephistos and I especially miss Mike, Ed, and David DJing there.
