Hey guys, I'm looking for a roommate (male or female, straight, gay, whatever) to share 2 bedroom first floor flat with me and my very friendly dog (must be pet free though, only one pet is allowed). Everything is furnished except the room that is for rent. Share kitchen/bath/basement storage, etc. Nicely decorated, hardwood floors. Walk to downtown Ferndale bars, restaurants and shopping. I'm 40 (but act younger) work days M-F and go out often. I would prefer someone in their 30s or over (but would consider younger if mature). Must be securely employed, dog friendly, responsible, non smoker or outside smoker. $375/mo plus 1/2 utilities (landlord pays water). No security deposit required. Definitely The focus of Black Planet (despite the name, lol) is newer/current bands. I'll throw in classics here and there, but we have the old school thing covered pretty well already.

I try Currently I do Vicious Pink (old school alternative) on Thursdays and try to mix in the occasional 45 Grave, Danse Society, Sex Gang Children, Christian Death (of course) and roots/related/Batcave type bands like Birthday Party, Alien Sex Fiend, Xmal, Bauhaus and Specimen.

And Frank the Baptist! Lol, which is on my iPod as I type. Doh!

Definitely more than just Christian Death - for sure some Cinema Strange, Danse Society, Bloody Dead and Sexy, 45 Grave, Kommunity FK, etc.
