That's terrible! I hate these companies that won't step up and take ownership of what they've done wrong. When that first came out I was like 'nope, collars like that are bad for the pets'. Here apparently is proof. I've read in the past that collars are not good for pets. The medicine is constantly in their face essentially and it doesn't cover the whole body. So sad.
