  1. Before you get upset, read this written by the owners: My cat Tigger's first bath. He didn't like it much, he's screaming "nooooo!" the whole time. FOR THE RECORD: This bath was absolutely necessary. At the time of the bath, Tigger was really dirty to the point that he was leaving traces of dirt and stains all over my bed, his bed, and the dog's bed (he loves to roll in the dirt with my dog and lay under cars with the neighbor's cat!). You may think cats are clean animals, and don't need baths, but Tigger really doesn't spend much time grooming himself for some reason. I decided to give him the bath this day because he came in with a couple car oil stains on his back which he was unable to clean himself, nor would it have been healthy for him to lick the chemicals off. He may not have been happy about the bath, but it was for his own good. We decided to film it because as soon as I started running the water, Tigger started making funny odd noises we had never heard, so we just thought maybe we should capture it! He is perfectly fine and was back to his usual self 5 minutes after the bath. No harm done! Tigger is a happy, healthy, spoiled, well-loved kitty!
  2. Felt like crying. I was watching the fish live feed at the National Aquarium when I realized I was having a hard time remembering which fish swam by. I still have trouble with people's faces. I constantly rely on photographs to remind me. I recall family members only because they are around me practically everyday, otherwise, I wouldn't know who they were. I still have moments when riding in the car, I look over and have no idea who the person driving is. I calm myself down and trust that I must know them or else I wouldn't be in the vehicle with them, right? It gets really scary sometimes. Especially when I can't remember where I am. I have no idea what to do or how to fix this. At least my family understands which is of great comfort but that doesn't stop this from happening. I never want to be riding in a vehice with someone and actually don't know them but figure I must simply because I'm in the vehicle. That is a truly terrifying thought.
  3. HEY!!! Where's OUR eye candy?!!! We like looking at hot bods too!
  4. It is clearly apparent that no one is monitoring the types of commercials that air nor what order they are in. I nearly threw up looking at a Trojan commercial which was immediately followed by a Taco Bell commercial. So gross.
  5. Hurray!!! I'm back online! I have a new laptop! Sugoi!!!!
  6. Still single. Came close to the altar but oh well... maybe next time.
  7. Denied the sun's light anxious, tired, broken, worn awakened again
  8. Thank you for the sentiment. I really miss taking photographs. I know I'm late responding but I do wish the dog had worked out. They really are delightful little creatures. I can't give you a real hug but I hope a virtual one will do.
  9. Feel like screaming! Stupid connection is slower than dirt in a ditch.
  10. Rather bummed. In need of a camera but can't seem to get one. Used to receive cameras for birthday and Christmas gifts until the accident. I feel like the rest of my family forgot who I am. I know there are things I can't do anymore but I am still me. I still love taking photographs and recording. I can't eat apples with the skin on them but that doesn't mean I don't like apples. Yes, there are things I have forgotten, but I know what I still love. That has not changed. I am still me.
  11. Its kinda sad when the people at the hospital blood drawing station know you on a first name basis.
  12. Had a dream... can't remember how it started but me and several family members were sort of in it. It was dark even though it wasn't night time. Everything had a gray hue over it. I was trailing a man wearing layers of dark clothes and a trench coat with a dark gray muffler wrapped around his face under a dark gray fishing hat. He had on dress shoes. Expensive ones. I could see the moonlight shining off of them as he walked. In fact, moonlight was shimmering off all the water and wet surfaces in the alley we were traveling through even though there was no moon. I could hear his footsteps clacking on the cobble stone. For some reason, I didn't make a sound. The man had a shopping cart with two huge fully packed garbage bags in it while carrying one on his back. Somehow he shoved all of the bags into two small briefcases. The shopping cart disappeared. I followed him out of the alley. He never once looked back. My family was tracking us from the fire escapes on the buildings. I saw a sign off to my right that was bright white despite it being pitch dark. Everyone else continued following him but I stopped and began reading the sign. It had several coordinates on it plus temperature references for each one. The last line said, "be watchful he coming" and my alarm went off waking me up before I could finish the rest. I realized this wasn't exactly a dream because you cannot read in a dream. I know I can't. That's how I know the difference. Now I wish I had been able to finish that sentence.
  13. Grizzly Bear sounds... like our brother sleeping.
