I had never even heard of Sweetest Day until yesterday. I don't think anyone in PA even knows about it.

I actually had the day off on Thursday. Lol. I was bored and lonely so I stopped in for a bit to joke around while it was slow. I know that's sad but it got me out of the house. I should give you my number in case you are heading out this way and want to meet my zoo of pets or have coffee. Lol

Bored, lonely, tired, and frustrated. It's kind of funny how everything is linked. I am lonely since I don't really have any friends here, bored because I don't have the money to go out and do anything or meet new friends, tired because I work a lot, and frustrated because I work mainly evenings so I wouldn't be able to really get out and do anything or meet anyone but I don't make enough money to do that anyway. It's a horrible cycle to be stuck in.

I may just go for a motorcycle ride. I am thinking of maybe seeing if Noir Leather is open today.

I would have totally gone for Karaoke but I had to work. I tend to work every Friday and Saturday. It seems like I am getting Thursdays off and every other Sunday off. I close every night I work which kind of sucks but I am getting used to just coming home and watching late night tv after work. I have this Sunday free, unless something crazy happens.

I haven't done my pumpkin yet. I need to decide how I am going to carve mine this year.

I am hoping to work from home once I get my cage building started. It's going to be awhile before that happens though. I have a laundry list of tools to pick up. Tools are so expensive anymore. It will happen someday though.

I did maintenance for my grandfather's company. Children as young as 12 can work for a company that belongs to their family. I mostly mowed the property around their offices and help cleaning. I ended up running the department before my grandfather passed. Then my father and uncle drove the company into the ground and things got messy.

I am very sorry for your loss. I saw your post before but didn't know what to say. I am the one in my family who is forced to go numb and take care of everything when things happen. I wish there was something I could do or say to help you feel better.

I have been working since I was 12 years old and have never taken a sick day. I don't think I can bring myself to call off work. lol

I love these pics. This was me teaching a dog that I rescued how to play frisbee. He was kept chained outside his entire life and half starved before I took him in. He didn't know any commands or even his own name. I named him Brah and taught him basic commands in English, German, and sign language. We couldn't bring him with us to Michigan but some of our rescue friends were able to find him a forever home that was perfect for him. I still miss my Brah buddy. I should not that I am about 5'10" so you can imagine the strength this 65 pound dog had to jump that high. He was awesome at back flips off your chest.

I am not drunk. I am at home. I have to work open till close tomorrow though so that sucks. lol

I want to build a camper trike if I get good enough at welding. I think I am going to use a turbo diesel as my engine with an automatic transmission to make it easy to drive but more than enough power. I need to find an rv with a van or truck style cab that is thrashed enough to make it cheap and make it so I don't feel bad about chopping off the cab. I might have to make my own springer front forks to be able to support the weight. It will be my first trike build so I might have to find a few people with mechanical skills who are creative and adventurous to help. I guess it's a good thing I won't be starting on it for a long time. lol

We have more repti babies because of my girlfriend's allergies. We have 2 dogs and they already shed so much that she needs allergy meds. I have the design for my turtle tank coffee table in my head, I need to draw it up and then get my hands on a welder and materials so I can build it. If I find any nice furniture like china cupboards or entertainment centers that are cheap, I will start building reptile habitats to sell.

Thank you Tron. You guys are pretty much the only friends I have since I moved. I am planning on starting to donate some once I get a little more financially secure here. The move sort of set me back a bit and I wasn't in that good of shape before.

sounds like a good plan. I have seen some pretty cool dog houses. I am a junky for animal shelters and habitats. If my girlfriend wasn't allergic to cats we would probably end up building some crazy cat/dog/critter house with cat walks and mazes all over the place. lol.

That is a rough one. I just slept in all day and am now drinking coffee. lol. You have got to love having a relaxing day off.

Are we talking for homeless people or shelters for some other reasons? I should also ask what sort of price range are you looking at. I might be able to find some designs or come up with some designs for you. I am trying to start a business of upcycling old furniture into exotic animal habitats so I am always thinking of animal shelter designs.
