Working on an informative post for the Star Wars Old Republic game to see if there's any interest in seeing a full play through of a character/species. It's work, luckily most of it's all copy/pasting of url's since I can use the 'link' button to put a link onto words. All others can do is click.

Kinda wondering if there were anyone who was watching the game play videos from The Old Republic who would actually wanna know more about it or see the origin story line (basically the game up to the planet Corellia.) I can post all eight story lines (four each on Republic and Imperial sides), what species are playable (I'll note which ones I can play at the moment), the companions for each 'character', and the eight different classes. Actually, I'll post all that anyway and wait and see if there's any actual interest.

Yeah, it's worse dealing with an adult; especially when they're their own worse problem. I hadn't gone to inner city schools (the "downside" of living in the 'burbs), and my mom seemed to know half of my hometown. Hell, my 8th grade math teacher I had known outside of school due to knowing his parents/family thro my mom (babysitting his sisters for sure. And quite sure the same for those who lived across the street from where she grew up). This one I knew could have been iffy since I'm not privy to the legalities of your family life. He prolly doesn't realize (or hasn't sunken in) that any friends he had won't be there next year. And he does have that mind set to not look up how things work. What's seen on tv or movies for military isn't the same as living it; I haven't personally been military, but I know basic training is no joke. I would say do this just as a Plan B or C. Maybe work it out for a weekend. I hadn't been given that preparation; the mother had the plan that I'd go to college, get a job, then pay for the demon's college and she get a job, then she turns and does the same for the youngest sister, who then will turn around and pay the parents back for college. Obviously that didn't work out. I have plans in the works that are just waiting on me getting started at the airport job. The girl I know will do fine. The boy ... not so much.
