  1. Plain bottled water. I thought I'd surprise my taste buds
  2. I'm lucky enough to live about 1.5 miles from the location, which comes in handy and makes it much easier to show up!
  3. I have a metric asston of makeup and related crap, but I don't actually USE any of it. I got rid of a bunch a couple of months ago, and always seem to accumulate more... thinking I'd use this or that, and then never do.
  4. I know how work goes. I still babysit the lawyers on a daily basis. I haven't shoved any out a window lately, but that is subject to change without notice at any time. Massage... I miss it. I'm in so much pain all the time, I probably should have one to see if it makes any difference. I'm a disaster
  5. For eye makeup, I've found that CVS makeup remover works pretty well. As for face makeup, good old fashioned Ponds cold cream from the dollar store is the BEST and it leaves the face moisturized and soft. Earrings and other jewelry are a common thing for me, though.. I sell Paparazzi and I'm a walking billboard most of the time LOL
  6. I am an independent consultant for Paparazzi jewelry. Every item is $5.00 plus tax, and is lead and nickel free. ALL the ladies' necklaces come with matching earrings included. We do have men's jewelry as well. All the rings fit up to a size 10 (stretchy bands), and are also great for ponytails, scarf clips, and to decorate shoe laces. The double-wrap bracelets also double as chokers, and can wrap around the ankle of a boot to dress it up. My website is www.paparazziaccessories.com/89890 Any questions, just ask!
  7. Honestly, for me the worst part of makeup is getting it to come OFF. I regularly get people guessing my age as considerably younger than it is, and I think that's simply because I don't bother with the makeup (I promise I don't have a portrait hidden anywhere). Mascara is the worst for coming off, even with makeup remover. Guess it's time to practice LOL
  8. Hi Stu It's been a very long time! My last convention was PenguiCon 2011, and I was so sick I couldn't participate much. I DO still have my leather dress and a lot of Expert Kisser ribbons, though LOL I'm at The Gathering every Thursday.

  10. Wasting time, apparently. I was planning to rearrange my office today but we are doing that next weekend. But I also have a jewelry party on Wednesday evening and I have done absolutely NOTHING to prepare - not even pull out the stock for it. I am a very bad girl today.
  11. Breakfast foods, most specifically crispy hash browns with sausage gravy on top Or a combination of peanut butter and chocolate. This brings back childhood memories of doing something special with my mother, because I'd actually done something to earn her good favor...
  12. I've actually had sex in a cemetery, more than once. I've also done a photo shoot in a cemetery at 0500, with the pre-dawn mist and clouds, etc. Moody photography But the sex in a cemetery... the first time was in 11th grade, while on a field trip with my history class. Needless to say that was interesting just because of the chances of being caught. The other times were as an adult, in my 20s. I think the most difficult part was having access to a cemetery at that hour, as most of them are gated and closed after sundown. Improvisation was necessary.
  13. I went out to breakfast this morning at Anna's House restaurant at Newburgh and Warren. California omelet (cream cheese, bacon, avocado, and tomato) with a toasted English muffin and a side order of their in-house-made sausage patties. VERY expensive, but definitely tasty. Tonight will be a house favorite - chicken pillows!
  14. Diet Coke, in the can. I don't drink diet coke for my health, but I DO drink it for other people's!
  15. My personal style, if I didn't have to work for a living, would be Marilyn Monroe meets Marilyn Manson... glamour goth. Problem is, I DO have to work, and I work in a very conservative law firm with a strict dress code. I manage to wear skulls almost every day (and have for years), although they are often disguised in some way. My issue is makeup/hair. I'm a natural blond with very pale skin. I used to color my hair a deep purple/burgundy (black cherry) but upkeep was crazy and frequent, and I don't have the time, money, or energy to do it anymore. So... back to blond even though I don't want to be. Most of the time I don't DO anything with it, since it won't hold a curl so a ponytail, a clip, or something like that is easiest and most common. Talk about blah. But makeup? I don't actually wear makeup very often, and haven't for years. I never really did as a teenager, either. I don't really know how to put it on effectively without looking like a clown or a hooker. And as pale as I am, darker colors (which I like) make me look like a vampire which is not ordinarily the look I'm going for. Ideas?
  16. I will be there, and would like a card (as always LOL).
  17. Hi everyone Thanks for the welcome. I know Troy and Bobbi, and go to the gathering on Thursdays. I've also met SG there, and possibly others whose names I don't recognize on here. I have regularly attended local science fiction/fantasy conventions, including ConFusion, ConClave, and PenguiCon and may know some of you from there also. Ask anything you like, and I look forward to getting to know you!
  18. Wasting time online and contemplating going to bed soon-ish, because I have so much to do tomorrow
