I too, had a dream. lol. a venue/practice space/ recording studio. ✨️ I think I would be good at finding local acts, recording them, coaching them...mixing them...and would have it all under one roof! the thing about detroit is; rep. rock city mo town. many artists made it from here. two, there is very affordable buildings with low tax. so I wouldn't have to gouge the bands. I saw the practice spaces in the Russell complex. they have thick wooden doors with padlocks and no to low heat. I wanted to do better on that.
