actually, now i'm not sure if i ever posted in here...
i'm not single ( @ gauge!) but we're both open to dating, either separately, or together, if the right lady/ladies come along.
so, umm, not single, but sort of available, i guess!?
if you want things to change, you need to vote, and if you dislike republicrats as much as i do, you should vote for a third-party/non-duopoly candidate who has the most likelyhood of getting to 5%, so we can get him/her into the national debates (and also get them matching federal campaign funding) so we can
get the rebublicrats out of there!!!
(might i suggest voting for nader, as a way to flip off the duopoly!?)
what about the reputed ancients in buddhist/hindu/etc. lore? the wise-men/buddhas who according to legend lived hundreds of years? i believe that we age because we have bought into the belief that we just do.
is it possible that if you truly believe you don't have to get old, that just maybe you won't? is the mind more powerful than "accepted biological fact"? i don't know, but i'd like to find out!
if i had ultimate control of when it would end, i'd like to live for millenia. (assuming i could lock my age where it currently is) there are so many things to do in this world, and nowhere near enough time to do them! i'd also love to see what happens to the human race over tens of thousands of years - where we would go, what kind of technology we develop, how our political/international relationships develop/grow, etc...
so yeah, millenia, as long as i could be in control of when i was done...
never meant to imply h was a green party candidate - in fact, i believe he's running as an independant - point is, of all of the fringe candidates, he's the one with the best shot at reaching the 5% threshold...
now that's what i'm talkin' about!!
btw, yeah, nader all the way, until another 3rd party candidate, or similar, gets enough votes!!
DOWN WITH REPUBLICRATS!!!!!
grüsse von den USA! ich auch spreche ein bischen deutsch, aber es ist nicht so gut... dein englisch ist sehr gut!
Schauen Sie herum die Web site und hab du Spaß!!
what do i think!?
i think once we have several thousand years' worth of data with which to form an actual trend chart, i might buy into the fact that humans are the majority factor in this. we have less than two hundred years, if i recall correctly (possibly less) and on a global time scale, that's a drop in the proverbial bucket. i mean, when was the last ice age? how long did it last? how long before that was the previous one? until you have that kind of long-term data, stfu about it!
of course, i do support people doing their best to reduce their impact on the environment! i just think it's irresponsible to lay the blame on us, when we don't have anywhere near enough data to prove it...
this just popped into my head - pretty sure it's senryu, but i think it counts!
like a small fist, it strikes me,
and then another
the raindrops fall, and i cry.
