yes, started around the 1st of the year, minimum of 5 days/week, sometimes 7, sometimes twice a day. haven't been sick since, even when my entire department @ work was out with the flu.

I'm sorry you feel like you have to justify things, that makes me sad about the people to whom you're having to explain this. It sounds like you're doing a great job with a difficult situation.

my opinion, you can't control another's behavior, and you shouldn't allow yourself to be manipulated by someone like that. you can offer help, but draw the line. inform people in their life that they're possibly suicidal & let them take care of things. beyond that, you should take care of yourself. again, only my opinion. you are not, and cannot, be responsible for the decisions another person makes in their life.

yes, that's what i mean. i'm still a sr. moderator, and i'm a very big reason for the mass exodus that happened at the time. regardless of whether i was right or wrong, people blamed me, and i honestly wonder if, as long as i'm a moderator, they'll stay away. i like this place, but i'm not so active anymore & if my leaving would help the board, i'd be more than willing to do so. tron, you obviously have things handled & are on here constantly, so i don't think i'd be missed that much. just my thoughts...

I imagine my leaving might bring some of the old-skool ppl back, that might help...
