trying to get a fire started, and watching a really cheesy rutger hauer movie - "blind fury". i've no idea why i like it so much!?

this might sound silly, but a good way to get a chocolate fix? slimfast shake! i used to do this at work. another thing that worked for me was sugar-free hot chocolate. i'd always add an equal to it, but it always worked for me!

i weighed myself yesterday, and i was almost as low as i've been in years. i need to start eating a bit more, i think...

1) keeping track of money spent really isn't in the spirit of the season - one shouldn't expect anything in return when giving gifts 2) if you feel that strongly about it, do what i did - tell your family not to buy anything for you, and that you're not going to buy for them. make the x-mas holiday about family & not presents, then you might just get your b-day back!
