i've actually seen this movie 85 times now, and if pressed, could probably quote the entire thing, from beginning to end

I did that once. I used to work at a tiny little movie theater that nobody went to. It was really slow and boring one day so this girl I worked with and I just started quoting that movie from the beginning to see how far we could get through it. A couple hours later we finished it off. I read the script when I got home and discovered that we only missed three lines. I dont think I could do that now as it's been a while since I've seen it, but a few times through should refresh my memory.
