fallennon
howard the duck is still at the top of my list! My little sister (she's 19) loved this movie and keeps telling me to rent it. Maybe I should hit the hooka before I watch this one, huh?

Brenda Starrr
Don't hit a "hooka". Hit a "huka" The "hooka" wasn't looking for anything but a good time.

Fierce Critter
My husband and I are both Will Ferrell fanatics. But both of us found this movie just... mediocre. I actually went into it expecting it to be, and wasn't disappointed. Mostly, it was admittedly boring, with just a couple bits that had me initially laughing my ass off - then just sitting there, not believing the bad sense of timing going on. For instance, the "Afternoon Delight" bit - I really don't think they needed to do the WHOLE song. And while I laughed my ass off and STILL laugh my ass off at the "glass cage of emotion", I reached a point where I was, "okey dokey - jokes gone on long enough, gang." Umm... I liked Howard The Duck. But then again, like the lead character, I also was crimping my hair at that time. So my taste in movies was, in 1986, as light & irreverent as my choice of hairstyles. Soulrev
My friend told me this movie sucked. I trust his judgement as he's usually interested in the same kind of movies as I am. I don't think I'll watch this one, even if I am sitting on top of a giant mushroom, smoking out of a huka with a catipillar and a strange talking cat watching over me.
