ah, the 4th of july

yes, it is that time again. i had forgotten how fun it truely can be until just this evening when stumbling upon a big bag of bottle rocks and firecrackers under my sink (mind you they are about 5 years old). then the briliant idea hit us all at one time...LET'S GO ON THE ROOF AND HAVE A LITTLE PARTY!!! (we live on the main street in downtown holly...hehe) with blanket and ammo in hand we hiked up the steps and onto the roof. Oh the fun. Kids were riding their bikes by tossing smoke bombs up at us while on their bikes while we shot bottle rocks off at them and the passing cars. Such good times

I love it. Although unfortunately after much fun and games of smoke bombs, bottle rockets and wild cat firecrackers the cops drove by very slowly (they didn't see us) trying to figure out where they were coming from so we had to stop or run teh risk of getting busted. It was great though!
