not sure.

i liked the way he portrayed his charecters, same with the operative in serenity (another british actor who is very versatile)

Yes absolutely, but in all fairness, Brittish actors don't have to take scripts about a pirate ride at Disneyland like Pirates of the Caribean which is about the length of substance in modern American film. Oh and British actors don't have to be completely all breasts and asses and cock...British actors actually have to do a bit of acting which probablygives them an unfair advantage.

You know, I don't really look to Hollywood for much of anything, as an American, I've always been more into the New York film scene for American movies, but yeah, Hollywood is the staple here, none the less...

I reckon if Hollywood loses enough money they will simply make even worse movies, ones that Americans will actually watch and enjoy, that seems like it's been their pattern from the begining.

And then of course they have the Oscar awards every year where they can pat themselves on the back and tell us all how they've always tackled the big issues...which they never have. Okay that's not true Gigli was a gripping film. I love J-Lo's ass.

I am so not awesome. It's all a facade. Behind this seemingly perfect persona there actually lyes an extremly fucked up individual, one that likes cats yet who doesn't have a motorcylce. One that smokes prepared cigarettes. One that still has a little soft spot for the Detroit Tigers after 12 consecutive losing seasons.

yeah, I rememer that. That was fucked. I actually said something to him about it like she is my friend and don't talk to her like that. He was too smashed to really understand but he kind of agreed. I already felt like I probably shouldn't have said anything so I just left it there. I was pissed though.  I wasn't aware that he continued with more abuse after that but yeah, good on you for stepping up.

... i would not call it stepping up since he did not do it in front of me and I only heard about it later. So, when I told him he sucked it was more latent hostility than on the spot reaction to his behavior. Him being messed up is no excuse... if he likes to get messed up, he should know how he behaves and what it can lead to...
