We have 2 giant storage bins of THOUSANDS of Legos.....

Mike being the OCD one.....bags them....BY COLOR...Ok....

If we are having a tiff....instead of screaming or punching or throwing things, I go into the room, grab the red bag and the yellow bag and dump and scatter.

If I need to threaten all I have to do now is open the door......

I trained him well!

HA!

:whistling :wink

reminds me of someone who my mum worked with and was on my course. her husband was a complete blank when it comes to anything technical, he didnt know how to wire the plug.

thier TV lead is 1/2 a meter long now and all sha has to do to shift him of the couch was move towards the TV with scissors.

kelly, your story reminded me of this and made my chuckle at the mixing colours thing

My Husband collects all kinds of action figures that he displayes around this "room"...the "Toy Room" if you will.....

If he REALLY pisses me off.....I'll go in there and Misplace things.....Move them into another spot....

Pose the action figures into sexual positions sporadically throughout the room....

My best work of art was when I posed ALL of his action figures all around the room bending eachother over and mounting eachother all over.....

GI Joe orgy!

The best one was with the super flexible African Naked Boy and the super flexible GI joe doing it Doggy Style.....I wished I had taken a picture of that one! :laughing

Yeah....he's like the most anal OCD guy you will ever meet!

It doesn't take much to get my point across!

:laughing

Remember Lincoln Logs? They weren't as cool as legos but they still were fun.

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

:devil Licnoln Logs were cool,I would set up a mock up of a fort with green army dudes, then get out the slingshot(Wrist rocket)then commence warfare. Now Lincoln Logs are plastic.lego's were cool, until my parents would step on them, and yell. Now,does anyone remember Girder and Panel Building Sets?

no, but how about erector sets? those were the SHIT. my dad had one from the 50's and it made your hands feel all gritty to play with it, but hell, i would anyway... till he bought me my own 90's version for christmas. we made the ferris wheel the first day.

as with all those toy sets, it's so much more fun to assemble than to just have =P

  • 2 weeks later...

Muuuuuaaaahhhh!!!

I picked up a Lego Mindstorms set(s) from a yard sale this weekend. It's got three of the RCX controllers... a bunch of sensors plus tons of parts. The only thing it didn't come with was the software CD. I downloaded the latest stuff and I'm all set to go.

Now... What to build?

Edit - It only cost me $20. :peanutbutterjellytime
