I Like Cats

Recommended Posts

I was awoken this morning to the sound of......

dum duh duh dum........

'it's....it's........THUNDER PAWS!'

this one tiny little kitty thinks she is a horse and gallops every morning through the house trying to get the other cat to play with her....

then she eats and lets me sleep some more.

Those little fur covered paws can really make some noise!

got two cats, Lilly and Clowney. Lilley is the love kitty, daddie's little girl who wants attention and knows she's cute.

Clowney is huge, mean, demanding, and psycho. But he's mine.

this coming spring is PUPPY time for the Steve-O. I used to work with dogs and have always wnated one of my own, and this spring we're doing it. that should shake thigns up around here.......

I was a Bomb Dog Handler. I'm ex-military, got in the business (no longer in it - got burned for $$$ a couple of times) through some other vets that started a company. I've worked with Belgian Malanois mostly, but my last assignment in Detroit at the IRS Building had me paired up with a Chocolate Lab. Labs are funny, their big doofuses really. Belgians can be a little intense. I loved the intensity and drive in Belgians (and their look, especially the red ones) but they tended to be one-man dogs - you have to keep an eye on them. Once I was doing a homeland defense convention in Philidelphia with a big blond Belgian named Prinz. I was checking the front stage while the Brass was lecturing. All these heavy hitters were there. I took my eye off Prinz for just a second and he lifts his leg and takes a piss on the decorative potted plants in the front row in front of everyone. We were famous all weekend.

I miss workign with dogs, but I havent been able to find a steady enough gig that would keep me close to home. I got offerred a big bucks Iraq gig last year and Laura said hellllllllllllllllllllllll nooooooooooooooo. Now you know who the real boss is.
