I try to use posters board names so as not to confuse readers even if there was not a first-name similarity confusion. . Sure the "very active" people know who we are talking about but thats a small % of the total readers.

Or you could just use Lulu's method.

If i call Critter by her real name for instance, its going to confuse people. In terms of too many people having the same name in particular.... less likely for two active people to have similar board names than real names.

General lack of variety in modern western first names for some reason that i've not researched hrmm.

i'm going to assume you two have the same name, and this is all in fun...

yes!?

Seeing as I have to go catch a bus to my house now and don't have the Intertron at home, I'm off. So, to answer your question Torn....

Yes.

Hope you've all enjoyed this performance, peeps. And if you find yourself about to have that throbbing vein in your forhead about to explode because someone disagrees with you on the Internets, might I suggest going out for a walk and enjoy the RealWorld?

Oh, if you are going to argue on the InterWeb, I highly recommend fact checking.

I like origional names.....to see someones creative side....or it possibly shines a light on their personality...and quite honestly....this is a PUBLIC INTERNET forum, I just don't think putting your real name is wise. Really. At all. If you mention it in a thread someplace, thats one thing. But to put it in the profile name is kinda.......yah. Just being a woman makes you more cautious I think and also....

Having two Marks or Marcs can be confusing.
