Nothing is ever presale. We won't turn anyone away at the door unless we've reached building capacity (or if they don't have the admission fee of course)

Also every night is currently 18+ and I'll let everyone know if that changes. I had to yell at them to do that for a while.

I've been slowly debating how i want to update the calendar , I added the Wed night "Purgatory @ Mephistos" also i added 18+ to the description on the DGN calendar (which i dont seem to see on the mephistos listing, probably good thing to add) This is what i ended up with:

I gotta say its nice to see the actual word "GOTH" (fucking rare these days) on a goth/industro/ebm club nights fliers. I've got half a mind to check all competing clubs billings , and go to the ones that actually use the word "goth" in their adverts.

On the mephistos site it says "Wed Night at Mephistos is Dunegon Night.." with no read detail as to what it is. I found on the chaos productions site:

What does that mean exactly? If you show up with a black T Shirt and Jeans your not gettin in? Is that a normal thing at mephistos , or some special rule for "dungeon night".

Is it "not a dance club" that night, and basicly the whole dance area is taken over by staged acts and such?

I'm not too sure whats going on those nights myself. I do know that we would be insane to turn away good paying customers away regardless of what it is they are wearing. If you show up wearing anything (but something for sure heh) and have cash we will let you in. I don't know where they got that from and I don't think it's really been tested yet either. These nights are also still up in the air, they might move it to the third floor.

Usually the way the events work is that if anyone is dancing they stop so the show can get underway, and out of the way so that they can continue dancing. I'm not a fan of any of the events, but they are a nice change of pace (especially since other clubs don't do them).

Cover is $5 bucks but thats to help pay for the chaos shows, and if you're into BDSM stuff there isn't a huge market for it, so if you're interested check it out. If not come anyhow since there is nothing that says you have to participate or even watch, there is plenty of club to get lost in (multiple floors at least).

Also on the second floor dance lighting there are still a few glitches (feedback through speakers when the lights kick on) but thats easilly fixable and should be fixed soon (I hope). In any case no one noticed except the DJ's who are anal about stuff like that.

So far DJ's Egor, Jinx, TimTiki, and Scary Guy are on the rotation for Wednesdays. There have also been talks about having two DJ's per floor per night (resident) and having guest DJ's on top of that.
