Anyone Seeking A Roomate Soon?

A really nice, normal guy I know is seeking a roomate within the next month or 2. Either a home with a room for rent or a Apartment to share.

He has a full time steady job....car.....and is nice, and normal. (yes I actually know someone like this LOL!)

So if anyone near this area is looking, drop me a line.

The rent here is OUTRAGEOUS. Its like 5 to 6 hundred dollars for a 1 bedroom apt! Who the hell can survive working min wage and live alone? He makes a bit more than min. but still needs to split the rent. If you add even one utility to this its 550 to 650 a month.

Write me if you know someone who is not a total nut and works steady and isn't a drug dependant or some other dramtic crap.

I forget what area you're from.

We're in Wyandotte. The guy in the center apartment in our house moved out this weekend.

It's a very tiny one-bedroom. $450 a month. The landlords suck, but at least they stay away. I've seen the apartment and can describe it if he's interested.

i'm going to be buying my own first home, a 2 or 3 bedroom condo, this coming spring. rent will be 300-400 depending on if i can get one or two roomates (even less if one of the bedrooms would be filled by a couple).

i know this is quite a bit into the future but if your friend hates where he ends up i guess my situation could be a possiblity
