i was directed here by a 'troy' whom i met last saturady at city. so here i is.

having lurked about before joining, im not sure if i know folks here or not, but i do know people that some folks here know, appartently.

been going to city for, well, a long while now, but im nowhere near as regular as i used to be. we (the old lady and i) used to hit the lab on occasion and also luna. in fact, she makes it out alot more than i do.

so perhaps weve seen each other around.

well, uh, lesee. the real name is chris.

used to club alot, mainly at CC. met my wife (larina) there, had kid. end life :lol:

i still make it out occasionally though. it seems folsk here know tydeus and lisa. i know them and a few other folks too, who are apparently around here.

what i mainly do is work (pest control, carpet cleaning, lawn and tree care, window cleaning...i do alot of stuff), go to school (history major at wayne) and raise my daughter (shes in 1st grade).

in my non-existant spare time i play table-top wargames. that means i buy little toy soliders, paint them, then push them around a table and roll dice.

yes, im a nerd. :D

i spend more time hanging around random forums than whats good for me, rather than doing homework, but still, somehow (at least up til now) have managed to pull it off.

if i ever get off my @$$ and get things together, im gonna gradgiate and teach, probably at the elementary level, at least initially.

im a history buff and have a special interest in pre-roman europe, though ive certainly been known to cast about various time periods as piques my interest.

i like to write short stories and poetry on occasion, though that doesnt seem to happen as much anymore, but im working on it.

when i go out i like to pretend i can dance. :woot: it seems more fun than sitting around bored at least .

what more can i say? youve probably stopped reading by this point anyway...

Actually that was the first time i've set foot in city club in like 6 months or some such. :laughing:

I think im somewhat back in action now though and we are trying to get the "saturday at CC" DGN hangout rolling again, and im planning on making my club outings more fequent.

Hrm I don't have pics. I shall take some tho if you'd like to see.

I do the horsey ones mostly since I like to repaint model horses (yay for the LotR figures that came out the last few years! lol) I also like the skeleton/undead figures, they're easy to customize into different poses as well. (I'm sorry that I am ignunt with the correct names!)

The latest one that I am working on is the Vampire coach- its taken me longer than I anticipated, but I think its turning out reasonably well thusfar.

i have a ton of GW undead (including a coach). buncha other crap too, but no time for any of it now. :(
