I've been mostly moved out since I was 23, however when I was in Iraq my then so-called wife cancelled the lease on our apartment and divorced me, hence I'm back in the basement once again. I am currently getting caught up on my lawyer fees and hopefully I'll be buying something this summer.

I first moved out at 19 then after so much shit hitting the fan I had no choice but to move back to carleton with my mom when she use to live there. I moved out again during the winter when I was 22, been on my own since and boy has it been a huge struggle.

I moved out when I was 17 to live with my bf at the time. I thought I was leaving a bad situation and moving to a better one..ha! The situation I got into was a million times worse. Anyway, 17 was the last time I lived at home.

It won't last forever.

I know.

I'm hoping to have myself better established before I actually pack my bags and say "Bye dad, I love you and now I'm headed out into the world on my own."

Moved out at 17, went to Florida for a few months. Came home, lived w/ Mom & Step dad for a year. Moved out with BF at time to an apartment in Farmington. Lived there for a couple years. Moved in w/ Grandma for a bit, got out of a scene, did some soul searching and dropped everyone I knew. (Except a few) Mike being one of them. We started dating, and moved in together for about 5 years and got married. I live in Royal Oak now.

That would be because you're a smart cookie.

I'd say something about eating you but I'd probably get in trouble... :whistling :fear :laughing

i'm still at home.

way things are i may be here for a while. all plans have been put on hold since my mothers first stroke. the 4th that occoured last month is just taking the piss rght now. so lets just say i'm going to stick about to help with anything that needs doing for a while.

my folks do try thier best to make sure i feel as home there as they are but i still do want to come home from work some days and NOT do any lift and carry jobs, or a shopping round.

i'm comuting about 250 miles a week and its half and half split between my commute to work and meetings and nipping out for this and that.

also house prices here are even worse now as the labour party seem only interested in lining thier polititians and party contributors pockets with property based cash. i'm on £13,450 a year and renting alone will cost me 6-7K per year, let alone mortgage for a new home, the country has a debt problem at the moment and the bubbles gonna burst soon. i'd rather not loose a house i've been making payments on due to seasure, because of the thousands of other peple in the country who get them selves into debt, and then even more debt as c-cards are thrown out like candy (i applied for one to go to detroit as an emergency use only, i was shocked at how little details they wanted off me, whereass i had to provide proof of identity when opening a damn bank account for savings).

a lot of people i know since kids and from the bar and work still live at home, and have come to the conclusion that the govt isnt going to do anything about the housing markets so run a second car. usually R14 silvias, toyota soarers, import RX8's, and many other high spec cars and modify them under the bonnet to have fun on the local race track.

i do a lot of driving and it is tempting to do something similar. either replace my diesel with a powerfull saloon, or keep the cheap to run car (which is dull and not the quickest motor by far) and perhaps get a lotus 7 replica built for fun

i am going to be home for a while untill something changes in the country or i winn the lottery or get a better job.

last one out the country please turn the lights off
