So far this year I have had to deal with 4 close friends lying to me to the extent that we are barely if at all friends.

It may involve, money....the relationship itself, what their intentions are...or that they just want to get something out of it for themselves and don't care about much else.....and then its over.....

Or their habits. If it is something that really bothers me then they hide it and I know, maybe it doesn't effect me directly, but I have to be able to make good choices for myself and if I am not totally informed, I feel cheated out of that op to protect myself from potential harm.

People seem to only like me so far as to what they can get out of me. Actually wanting to hang out with me, thats another story.

And tonight.......find out we will be out a great deal of money from someone we thought we trusted. This was a business relationship but became a bit more for someone close to me....I warned him because the last time he mixed buisness with pleasure the same exact f*cking shit happened.....do you think he listened?

And that someone else doesn't really like me, big surprise. And do I find out from the source itself? Sometimes, but it sucks when I hear it from a 3rd party because then I figure EVERYONE knows.

And people who think they are all that and can only have time for you when it suits their needs.

Just seems people are so shallow.

And then there is the sex thing. People who start out as friends then act like all they want is......or find out your in a open relationship and try to pimp you out to the boyfriend in a 3 way. I am NOT being your 3rd wheel. F*ck that. I have a man......

I hate that there is no depth anymore hardly from anyone in my life.

Gone are the days I actually wish for all in a relationship.

Thats why I have to get a bit here.......a bit there.....I will never find it all in one place.

But it would be nice for a change.

Not just about lovers......although that too......but honestly I have never been with a man who was completely honest and.......all my girlfriend/friend only relationships kinda suck these days. It used to be so easy to make friends. I don't have a carefree, no strings freind right now who does not lean on me too much at times. I miss having a same sex friend I can hang out with and not feel there is some underlying wierd thing going on, like competitivness.....or some other thing like maybe, when they go out they just have to surround themselves with people so they look and feel popular or some stupid crap.

I have actually had a couple friends this year get mad when I talked to someone else when we were out like I owe them my undying attention 24/7 or some wierd shit.

Every man I have ever lived with has cheated on me......not that I care anymore, thats why I will never be in anything but a open relationship.....they all cheat anyway.....

I don't think people are natually monogamous.....and that it leads to greater levels of being at times but....honesty would be nice for a change.

Tired of double standards and shallow people.

All anyone seems to care about is looks or looking good themselves.

Or getting laid......or getting a ride someplace.....or something for free.....

This weekend I will NOT being hanging with Barbie who I thought was a friend because she is no doubt going to try to get me to sleep with icky guy again....

This after we hung out for a year doing non sexual things and having great fun or so I thought.

And I am tired of being needed. I have kids for that.

Tired of lies and being mistreated and jelousy.....

Oh, and Barbie? She didn't call to hang out this weekend.

Guess she was just going to ask me to do the bi three way with her boyfriend who I am NOT INTERESTED in......again......as she has asked like 5 fucking times already and won't take no for an answer so I don't call her anymore.

And this after a year of hanging out all the time, not just for sex.....I mean having fun.......and sex....doing everything together.

Its kinda high school in a way when ladies let their boyfriends come between you like this but worse cause now its about me not putting out.

At least in High School there was no sex involved. Although once in awhile it would be ok if I were attracted......which I am not. He is just icky.

People....don't ask your girl friends to do this. It makes them feel like a free hooker.

HH, I hope things get better for you. It was nice meeting you at CC. What you are going thru with some people I fight to make sure I don't do that to my friends. Admittedly there are times I want to borrow $20 but unless I really need it I won't. I value my friends too much to lose one over money. Reading your post just reminds me to stay sharp to avoid doing it to one of my friends. I wouldn't do it purposely but things can happen. I thank you for this post. On occasion there are a few penis bearers who actually are pretty decent men.

a general working definition of a decent man could be considered in the following:

A) He's a man not a child.

B) He's in control of himself, therefore he has no need to control you

C) He says "hey, how doin?" cause you know, he actually would like to know

D) He's in control of his dick, as opposed to being led by it and thus further purpetuating the males species multi faceted "me tarzan you jane" mentality that is so socially accepeted that people with doctorates make big bucks writing books about man and his dick when there is really nothing new nor has there ever been anything new about a man and his dick. Men build great empires and then destroy them with their dicks. Except of course, for the ones who dont. It's just the idiots who get famous.

E) He tells the truth

F) He never allows anybody that could potenitally being harm to you into your inner circle, ever, therefore anybody that knows you damn well knows your man.

G) He acknowledges in his actions that the way that you think - is way more of a turn on than the way you look in that dress, although the way you look inthat dress is definately hotter because of the way that you think.

H) when your down for the count or all sick and boogered up, he wraps you up anyway.

I) He knows how to listen and pick his moments.

J) He knows how to lead when you need a leader, and he knows when to hang it up when you dont.

K) he makes you laugh. ALot.
