n0Mad
Hang it up down range and shoot it with a shotgun. Then paint some blood around the holes and tell everyone you got shot during an attempted mugging but you stabbed him through the throat with a pencil and killed him. Fierce Critter
I have little padlocks hanging from all my zipper pulls, and the keys for them hanging from a sleeve. I also have hand-beaded seed-bead loops hanging from one epaulet, and rhinestone chains from the other. I'm currently learning how to do glass beadwork, and will probably change my beads out sometime. Unfortunately, my jacket has a seam runnning up the back. I usually like to paint something on the back of mine. So I bought a piece of leather from a local leather shop, cut it to fit the back, and am going to add eyelets & studs so that I can paint a logo on it and strap it onto the back. This way, I can even change out whatever logo/picture I have on the back whenever I want. Just some of the things I've done to mine over the years. Maybe they'll inspire you. pomba gira
Crumple it up & toss it in a corner or under the bed at night to get that broken in look. I usually trick mine out pretty much as FC described... lots of beads & trinkets hanging everywhere. The killer app for one (or more) of my kick-ass gothic phone charms/zipper pulls! Now available with gargoyle, seated fairy, bone, devil guy, celtic knot, mouse, hedgehog, or feather charm OR guitar pick, and accent beads of your choice! Der Nister
Crumple it up & toss it in a corner or under the bed at night to get that broken in look. That will give it the 'had great sex last night' look.

torn asunder
when i first got mine, i took it, alternately, by the collar, and then each sleeve, and slammed the shit out of it on the parking lot pavement three or four times each... roughed it up a bit without really gouging it or otherwise fucking it up... (don't forget to do both front & back sides!!)
Fierce Critter
Heh. I've heard people say they bury theirs for a week, and that they tie it to their bumper and drive around the block. Heh again. The little padlocks I've got I got out of quarter machines at the grocery stores about 10 years ago. I was at Noir Leather last month and they're selling the same ones. Probably for $5.00 a piece, knowing their prices.
