Moving After All

Recommended Posts

Long story short, we're moving after all. And we need to try to be out by the 1st.

I'm having mad flashbacks to when I was down in NC by myself, having to pack and move an entire house alone. I do have Jon this time, but he works full time, and lately, long hours. And he even has to work this weekend, both Saturday and Sunday.

We do have a friend with a trailer who can help and will make things much easier.

Things aren't so bad, but I'm about suffering post traumatic stress disorder, reliving those horrible 3 weeks down in NC. I had a panic attack the other morning when I realized we only had 8 days. Gads.

Needless to say, I won't be on here much. Check messages once a day or so. But the good news is, there is a housewarming in our future. :)

We'll be renting again. But a better place. Still in Wyandotte, in a very cool area - just about looming right over us will be a great big, Polish Catholic church with bells that ring out every hour until 8:00 p.m. We'll be walking to church every weekend. Very nice.

For now - EEEEEEEEK :shock::shock::shock:

glad you are moving to a better place, I wish you much luck with packing, I know it's no fun, but it's the best way to find anything that was misplaced!

Lol, until you misplace it in an entirely new place when you unpack it.

I haven't been able to find my box of t50 staples since I unpacked and put them away.... somewhere... four months ago.

LOL...

I understand how you feel. I have 6 days left before I drive 9 hours with 2 kids and 2 cats. Just pray for my sanity, because they'll ALL be talking the whole way!

Good luck, Camille!

Good luck to you, too!

Ah, you ain't got nothing on me. Try 15 hours with 14 cats, a dog, a rabbit, and an overloaded trailer.

'Course we drugged most of the cats. :D

MOVING SUCKS.
