Water. water everywhere....

Recommended Posts

At 2:00a.m., we had water streaming into our master bath while the jerks upstairs were showering (at 2:00a.m.!!). It happened again at around 10 this morning. Now, I just went into my bedroom, only to find that it's leaking through my bedroom ceiling!! I am so pissed!!!

I can't wait to move into a 3rd floor apt.!!

air movement. put as many fans in the wet areas as you can. air movment can prevent mold from forming and dry an area faster. make sure the LL gets a company that will properly extract, dry out an dissinfect the flooded areas.

anything thats wet for more than 24 hours is at high risk for molding.

LOL! It's not quite THAT bad...I'm an environmental consultant...and I have many corporate and municipal clients (Counties, cities, townships). If they get to the point where the mold in their buildings get to be a problem, & it hits the media...I'm gone. Bad press=unemployment in my biz.
