I love cigarettes! however, i know that they are terrible for my health and could eventually kill me. although, i have been going through a lot of stress and i know that if i didnt have those cancer sticks i would have lost it. i dont know if i am ready to quit. but when i am , does anyone have good ways to try? help me!!
