Your mind is quite cluttered. And like most clutter, it's a bunch of crap you don't need.

Try writing down your worst problems and fears. And then put them out of your mind for a while.

writing them down won't "put them out" just make me more aware of them...

..no shit, Sherlock. Unfortunately, the cost of a therapist would only be another thing to worry about. :rofl: That therapist would need to see a therapist, after consulting with me.
