I'm not sure whats being asked here there are like 5 subjects all mixed together. Me confused.

The last part i understand though... that "bouncy bootlegs" was a modification for DGN Radio i was working on. The actual mod "bouncy bootlegs" i decided, sucks, but the idea im still working on.
