Hmmm...really quite honestly, I'd say neither. Looks like some little kinda like poser-ish kid or something. Kinda creepy, so if I had to vote I'd goth, but one of those little mall-goth kids. She also looks like she hates everyone else, as opposed to herself, soooo that would fall in the goth category.
