As you know carnivore is a governmental tool used to scan email for key words so they may put the sender and receiver under investigation.

My proposal is that every that's EVERY AMERICAN that thinks big brother should start closing his eyes should head every email with one of these markings.

It will waist somebody's time having to read our inconsequential junk.
