I've never been to jail or convicted of anything.

I'm an angel, hahahaha. Or it's me just never getting caught.

Though they were attempting to put an arrest warrant out for me when I ignored a outstanding phone bill for about a year. I paid up before that happened.

Owing on an outstanding phone bill is not a crime. A lot of collection agencies and such try to make stupid threats like this, but I used to work at one myself. Suing debt collection companies is fairly simple and straight forward, but unfortunately a lot of people don't know much about the FDCPA (a law that protects consumers from third party collection companies). These laws can be very profitable, and even do wonders for a person's credit, when put to the test....

There are actually a lot of people in this country that intentionally run up bad debt, just so they can sue these companies. They have very good attorneys that are well versed in these policies, and are considered by the debt collection industry, "professional debtors". Most of them don't have to work, and make a pretty good living at ripping off companies and then suing their collectors....

If I didn't feel morally wrong about it, this would be my chosen profession.

Arrested with the official reason being -

Assault with intent to commit great bodily harm, less than murder.

After things were sorted out, I ended up being let go. It was a big messy situation that I thankfully don't have on my record. Two others who were there for the events got locked up though. One of the two is still locked up, thanks to having gotten in trouble while behind bars and additional time being added.

I've been a bad bad girl

I would get tickets whenever I looked like a flippin bum...

HOWEVER, the one time when I was driving to Plymouth, MI around midnight [lookin sexy] a cop:

clocked me going 15 over

saw me turning when a sign said "no turn on red"

and witnessed me going down the street the wrong way

I looked cute at that moment and played the "I'm lost" card.

I was trying to find The Bean and he said that I wouldn't get a ticket b/c "I'm from Livonia" and offered to have me follow him from there to get to the coffee house.

I have other stories of *adventures* but you know, mystery is fun too :wink

haha cool.. man back when i was livin at home I'd ocasionally get pulled over stoned and/or drunk and never get in trouble for it.. usually for speeding, cop would ask how fast you think you're going? I'd tell the truth (usually 90mph or above) and they'd let me go..
