I find them by the dozens at just about any thrift store around - Salvation Army, Value World, etc.

If you're looking for the cloth variety, try looking up "chinese flats" and variations on that. You should be able to hit a jackpot in online stores.

I have a nice pair I picked up at DSW by Chinese Laundry.

I was going to say, DSW had tons of flats last time I was there.

I remember because I hate flats. My shoes have to have a little incline or they hurt my feet after an hour or so.
