Thursday July 26th - Bella Morte with In Tenebris at I-Rock. I just got the posters for this yesterday. I helped just a little on the web flier too. These guys ROCK and I recommend everyone goes to this show.

Bella Morte was supposed to play with Deadstar Assembly at Shooter's but I think BM had to cancel or got canned because of noise..... with a neighborhood behind the bar and all. =/

C'mon people! Their album features a nice cover of "Earth Angel" and it maintains the oldies feel. Wouldnt you want the chance to possibly see it performed live? =3

That is an awesome cover btw, originally by "The Penguins". Last time they loved when I hit the mirror ball and made the lights low and blue (actually gave me a shout out from the sage).

Since they do it near the end I plan to make a comp of modern bands covering the golden oldies and play that after.

Don't forget DJ Moondancer will also be spinning this event!

I sure as hell had a great time, got to see some cool friends, meet some new ones, and hell I even ran into someone I've not spoken to in ages. It was pretty awsome seein them.

Before that though, hangin out with FarrIL and SG at his place, I have to say, that guy's got some of the coolest fucking pillow cases EVER. You bastard, I want some now lol.

They played a lot of stuff off their new album BUT, they busted out with "Another Way" as their first song. =3

And "Earth Angel" was played!! X3

It was nice to see them again and hangout with my friends in Bella Morte. The first band was ok, the melody lines were good, but the singer needs not sing so close to the microphone. The second band was very good. I found out from my Micha from Bella Morte the lead singer that second band is his girlfriend.

Well, I saw some of you fellow DGNers around the place and also saw people from Metophistos and other gigs I have done or been to before seen some filmular face that way as well.

Sorry I didn't play any EBM/industrial/powernoise. Since it was a goth/deathrock band, that's what I went with.
