This is my character White Kitten. In case you're wondering, that's supposed to be a scalpel in her hand. She's not a surgeon, she's a body modifier. =3

Realism-1.jpg

This is an attempt at realism. I've already drawn this character twice more, in a somewhat similar style..... it's going to take some getting used too.

I like a couple of your black and white line drawings best. The pointy "elf" works with your style. If I may offer a bit of advice... more thick and thin linework, please. It would add the final touch to the dynamic-ness of your art.

Here's a place you might like (Assuming you don't already know about it.) for inspiration:

The link is to the best of the 2D work that's posted there. Really amazing stuff. Not necessarily in the same vein as yours but you might draw inspiration from it. You don't have to join to look.

Your talent, quite literally, pisses me off.

Because I am totally incapable of drawing, and I wish I could.

I am both awed and envious.

You planning to do something serious with that talent? Gads, I hope so.

Graphic design, baby. ~.^

The house I move into will have walls covered in chunks of canvas, hanging from nails. I hope there's a basement. =3

I look forward to an invitation to come see it. :)

A friend of Jon's was an equally talented artist. His house had murals on every room - fairies, animals, etc.

He had a couch, a godawfulugly 70's couch on which he was little by little drawing a continuing design in permanent marker, spreading from the tip of one cushioned arm back toward the rest of the sofa.

I really wish I could have seen the finished product.
