Ha on a more ironic note, I'm the type of girl who could have 10 guys lined up (and no i don't have 10 guys) and nine of them are pursuing me and the 1 that isn't is the one I often frequently want... how do you like them apples?

One of my friends told me..if you want a girl to notice you, IGNORE her.. it will drive her insane.. I'm not sure this works..but *shrug*

lol, now thats not right! This ends up falling into the same category as those women who often stay with the abusive type guys. They don't have to be physically abused, but they seem to crave the negativity a lot and later end up bitching about it. Had a few dealings where I was the community ear for that scenario.

For me, I personally like being single, and even if I wanted to change things right this instant, it would be worthless, my future is too uncertain and anyone I'd hook up with would practically guarantee it turning into a long distance, which is something I will try to never do again. Also, from past experiences, I would rather get to know the girl and befriend her to see how she acts in the dating department and if she's trustworthy or not, also whether it would work or not. Every last girl I've dated I've started dating practically the day I'd meet them. All of which turned out to be a disaster for me.

I don't chase. Chasing only leads down 2 roads for me, getting rejected (so whatever, prolly a blessing in disguise if a girl is that conceited to see the opportunity in her face) or... led on... the whole chase game is a game that most people only play because they want your attention. I'm tired of the deceit to be honest. Now If I talk to them, and we get to know eachother, and build our foundations from there... it's sorta like testing the waters before I put my heart out there again.

I was enjoying being single but after meeting the best woman I've ever met or could hope to meet, I'm enjoying not being single anymore.

Her and I may seem different on the outside but we have so much in common it seems unreal but that is life I suppose.

Thats what I'm waiting on honestly. As much as I love being single, it was past relationships that led me to this. When that special someone comes around and smacks me in the face and says, "HEY STUPID, HERE I AM!!" And makes it more desireable to be in a relationship... then yeah, i'll take it.

In the mean time, I'm just enjoying my life the best that I can.

It's a bit indistinct at this point. Suffice to say that I am deeply in the throes of learning myself and as such there is little room for anyone else in my head these days. That is not to say I'm not involved. Call it friends with benefits, Maybe. Blah.

Okay, I've heard this from no fewer than five guys in the last month ..what is it with you guys?? why not chase a girl on occasion..you should never settle for anything less than what you WANT... i read that somewhere.. if you wait for some girl to chase you, you may never be pursued by anyone worthwhile. Then you'll be lonely and miserable and only with freak girls that do the chasing, (not that this is a bad thing)... It just may not be what you want.

Let the girl chase me. I'm tired of chasing only to be told it was fun but get lost in a somewhat nice way. Time for me to be chased.

I wish more women would be cogniscent of this truth.

Exactly. It would be nice if a lady let the guy know there is interest. it's shouldn't have to fall on the guy to do it.

Wingull...Wingull...err wait...singull...no...SINGLE!! There we go. I hate having to say I'm single, but the thing is, I destroy everything I touch (metaphorically speaking). I don't why, but subconsciously I pick apart my relationships till it's destroyed. I need to figure out why I do this before I get into a relationship. But I've always wanted to meet that one girl,settle down and live happily ever after. But that's just a f#$king fairy tale.
