Kit Kat P
So here's what I was thinking. We could start keeping each other accountable by posting on here each time we work out and how much. Not what we plan on doing but once we actually get up and help our selves. Consider it bragging w/ ibuprofen included. I went to the gym today and did 10 min.s on the treadmill and then sit-ups and reverse crunches.
Steven
I have a new puppy, who is full of new puppy energy and a diablo howl if I do not burn some of that energy off. So every day since sunday when I got him, Im up at theh crack of dawn (and I allready used to get up early - now its WAY early) to walk Oliver for at least 45 minutes. The when I get home from work, he flips out cause he hears my car, and I ply tug of war wtih him and then Lola and I take himout for another long walk - for at least an hour so that he sleeps thru the night. my legs and feet are killen me. Im seriously considerign buying some decent running shoes so that I can step up the pace to burn more puppy energy so that his afternoon flip out is a little lighter. I have a feeling i'll be losing some weight this year thanks to Oliver alone.....

Medea
I need a workout buddy. One that will -actually- show up. My friend Ginger brought up the idea, but then she hasn't been over here once and that was over three months ago.
freydis
I went walking last night. Uphill in some parts. In the heat! For nearly an hour! It was fun though, talkin to my friend Sarah. I'm seriously thinking of pricing out yoga classes, too.

I'm a terrible self motivator, but if you throw some one else in the mix my overwhelming sence of responcibility kicks in and I'd actually do something. Homicidalheathen
I spent an hour running my dog and swimming with him then 1/2 hour of sex. Does that count?

Seriously if thats really how it went thats a fairly hardcore workout.
BrassFusion
SON OF A BITCH. I was GOING to ride my bike to work today, but it now has a flat front tire. Goddamn cheap Chinee inner tubes. I guess I'm only allowed to have one functional mode of transportation at a time. Fuck my car, fuck the bicycle, I want a fucking Harley.
Crazed Vampyress
due to <expletives deleted> issues at work, i will be at work open to close for three days in a row, with today the second day (i snuck out for an hour between shifts just now for sake of my sanity) i am counting 36 hours of sub making over 3 days as a workout. know_buddy_kares
Hm, I've been getting fat... I need to do some self torture on myself as well... it is true what they say, quitting smoking does make you gain weight. Although I'm up to a healthy weight again (no more 145 lbs) its weight in forms I'd rather not have... Time to start hitting the weights in my basement..... creatureofthenyte
I went to the gym today, it was great. I feel so strong when Im there, like I can conquer anything I want. I have taken to mixing up my workouts though. No more standard routine. If you do the same things on the same schedule, your body will adapt to it and you won't see the results you look for. So I, make it up as I go along now. Kinda cool thinkin that Ive been workin out for alil over 12 years now. The torso twisting machines by far, are the most fun for me during my workouts. I quit weed a few months ago, quit drinking a few weeks ago, quit smoking a few days ago... so it's like yeah my body's needing something from all the food intake I do... it's kinda rough to being so broke I had to depend on smokes and mt dew to stay alive instead of food... now it's the other way around and well... my body hasn't quite caught on... but it'll deffinitely remember exercize. I've been farting around all day getting things set up in the basement.
know_buddy_kares
Well already this weekend is booked solid. Gonna be hangin out with me best friend for the weekend. Finally, I get to spar with swords again... I've been getting too damn rusty. That is a workout in it's own right.
