Help! I Need A House!

Recommended Posts

The pickings are very slim for what I want so I'm going to see if the grapevine approach yields any better results.

What I need: 2-3 bedroom house for RENT. Somewhere north of 900sq feet would be best. Below $900 rent. Should be located along the 696 corridor... preferably Ferndale, Royal Oak, Oak Park, Berkly or Southfield.

PM me with questions, ideas, etc.

I could rent you a 900 sq ft condo in belleville for $800. It's not exactly in the 696 corridor but you couldn't get a better landlord.

I dunno. The twins said your head spins around when you get angry.... :-P

Let me think about it. I found a place today that (assuming they accept my application) won't be ready until mid-September. Would you let me rent for just a month? I'm assuming you've been looking to get someone in your condo already? I still have other places to look at this weekend... and one more week/weekend of search.

In any case, thanks for the offer!!! :peanutbutterjellytime:
