Get a decent amount of sleep - too much can do damage just as much as too little.

If you're not into exercise, find something to do to move your ass a decent period of time in each day. It'll help you get more genuine sleep at night.

Eat a balanced diet. Watch your sugars, fats, dairy products, etc. Boost yourself on "clean" foods like vegetables, lean meats, a minimal amount of carbs. Don't call it a "diet" - call it eating right.

As stated above, exercise, vitamins and eating right are biggies. Don't eat too soon before bedtime, either. For me, finding a way to let go of the days stess is a biggie. Otherwise, I toss and turn and don't get quality sleep. Hope some of the suggestions posted help you out. I know what it's like, and it sucks.
