have you read very much about this?

He was tapping his foot while going to the bathroom. He was arrested by an undercover cop and some severe charges were brought against him. He plead guilty to a lesser charge to get it over with and not br drug through court.

So, if your in a public bathroom and tapping your foot... you must be a prostitute... cause they do that...

How exactly is he a hypocrit? I've been doing some reading. He is accused of being gay ever couple years and noone can ever provide any proof of it. He has always denied being gay. He has voted against gay marrige... but I am not sure how that makes him a hypocrit as some gays oppose gay marrige.

i don't know... pleasing guilty to a lesser charge... people do that all the time. Courts are not sopposed to accept pleads unless the person admits to doing what ever they were accused of... lets see those court records and so we know exactly what charges were brought against him and what his plea deal actually says.

I am leaning toward witch hunt myself.

I listened to a story on NPR last night about this. The senator talked about being harassed by the newspaper. But they had a guy from the paper describe what they did and they held off reporting for a long time because much of the evidence wasn't corroborated until the news of his pleading guilty. I think the witch hunt theory is bunk. Could there be a conspiracy from some outside party or group trying to slander him? Maybe. I can understand his pleading guilty to lesser charges to make it go away. I did that in Windsor in a car/pedestrian accident. I didn't feel guilty but I was advised to plead. To many conflicting facts here to really know.

ok so you've had a rough nite.

and your have to catch a plane, and you hate flying, and to make matters worse you really really have to poo.

your sittin there concentrating, and the next thing you know this dude peeks into yrou stall thru the crack before he occupies the one right next to you. Your a littel taken aback, but you roll with it, you have poo to do. But then in the stall next to you taps his foot a few times.

then he touches your foot (and dudes fess up - that sort of accidental contact NEVER happens in a public bathroom) a bit with his.

then he slides his hand palm up across your stall from underneath back and forth for you to see.

you then proceed to:

A) think gee, I really hope im not about to demonize that hypocrite....

B) think gee, I smell a witchunt or did this guy recently eat garlic?

C) think who is this mutherfucking toe tapping palm sliding freak who's fingers Im about to smash?

if it was me I'd opt for choice C, but then you probably knew that.....

Would you publicly admit to being his lover in a bathroom stall knowing that it'd be all over the news. I sure as fuck wouldn't.

that quoted highlight of the report shows that he knew EXACTLY what he was doing, and exactly what he was hoping for... he was caught red handed. This aint no witch hunt...

But normally... I couldn't give a fuck less if he's gay or not, if he's gay.. big fuckin deal.. who cares? Why is this a big deal then? Oh lets see... only the idea that he's done everything he can to make homosexuality activities illegal...

So really, If he didn't make it such a crime... he might not even be in this situation... it's called poetic justice.

well, an undecover cop is willing to back something up...

I dont care if he's gay, but bathroom cruising in a public place is bullshit.

if even half of what that cop is tesifying about his behaviour is true - then something creepy is up.

you know whn George Michaels got busted and then outed himself he acted like the victim of some cop's big entrapment wanger, like he couldent control himself and was sucked in (pasrdon the pun)...fuk that. Even Oprah didint bother to touch the fact that he was trying to wack it in a public restroom with another man in a well know wackin spot.
