Getting Someone A Job At Your Work

I have only gotten two people in my life a job at two places only,and they have worked out good,one works where I am at right now. but now I have decided to do this anymore,especially for anyone that had never tried to help me find work when I needed it.

I have been burned before by other people I knew and have written them completely out of my life,due to it made me look bad to the boss,considering this was years ago.the most I will do is suggest only to those that were cool to me where to go to find work,and not to use my name whats so ever as a reference.not to sound selfish but work is not plentiful right now for full time jobs.

I will use this as an example,some people I know who were working when I was laid off never wanted to try to help me find work,and I know some are laid off,sux to be them,others that did help got the favor in return and I hope they found work soon,after I gave them some references of places that are hiring that are not Big Three related.good luck to them.

That's generally what Jon will do (I'm N/A because I don't work outside of the house).

Some of the greatest people we've known are really, really bad employees/workers. And sometimes, you never know which of your friends are going to be that way. So it's just safest for all involved to leave names out of it.

Been there, done that but not again. A friend burned me by screwing up big time after I got hima job where I worked and had vouched for him. He didn't make it 2 months before they fired him.

On the other end, I got hired through a friend then when I got promoted over her she turned into a backstabbing, lying selfish bitch. Dont do it.

Never have never will. If they screw up it makes me look bad for recommending them. With that said I may not look to kindly on a friend who made me look bad. If you want a job where I work, fine apply. Don't expect a good word said, it ain't going to happen.

ya, but um. i heard about this job before you, i was just in a contract with the costume shop so i sent you to the job placement place. i called you when you were at ozzfest last year(2006) and gave you the info. and you are right you didnt get me the job i got it with the expreince that i had, witch was alot, even more than you.

btw i would help and i did help friends find jobs. cause if it reflects back on you, do you really want to keep that job? i really think most companys deal with people seperate even if you came togeather. and i have never been fired/wrote up or looked at bad for a friend doing bad.

Allegiance Staffing in Fraser, is how I got it,found out about them on the way home from a temp job,but it does not matter we both are

working and hopefully it continues.
