Soulrev
ok so I decided to make something different from my usual recipe, and this time I think I have acheived perfection. Here's what I did 1 large yellow onion, diced, sauteed in extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar with about a tablespoon of black pepper and a couple dashes of cayenne, cooked till onions brownish, throw in pot 1 pound stew beef (the pre cut chunks, not ground chuck) cooked in the frying pan with lots of red wine vinegar and a dash of extra virgin olive oil. Also 1 dried habenero, diced, with a few dashes of black and cayenne pepper.. Cooked till meat is about medium rare, turn off heat, let sit for 10 minutes with a lid and continue to "simmer", then tossed in pot. 1 can dark red kidney beans 2 cans light red kidney beans 1 can Del Monte diced tomato 1 can Hunts Tomato paste (mix with very little water for consistancy) 1 can campbells tomato soup (just the concentrate, don't add the milk or water) lots of chili powder another diced habenero a bit more cayenne this stuff isn't even done cooking, I literally just got done mixing it so it's going to cook on low until I come home from school for lunch, so I'd say about 7 hours. Right now it tastes like heaven, in 7 hours I think it's going to be an orgy in my mouth haha.. I will let you know how it turns out, but like I said it's damn good even now ;p this isn't a very large batch, it would be appropriate for about 2 people with a couple bowls left over. No extra liquid was drained except from when I cooked the meat.

Soulrev
Ok so this turned out to be like the best damn chili I've ever had.. It has quite a bite to it, seein how I put 2 habeneros and a lot of cayenne pepper in it, but of all, the meat is extremely tender and has a terrific taste, all around good.. I would suggest picking up those ingredients and trying it for yourself, you should be able to make this for under 15 dollars, even less if you already have the red wine vinegar, spice, and extra virgin olive oil. I believe it was about 7.50 for just the raw ingredients
