Just got this in my myspace, figured I'd share for those who love retro.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hey!

Wanted to let you know about a new retro night I'm starting Oct 4th (Thursday) down in Ferndale . It's going to be at New Way Bar (see below for directions). It's a cool space for this kind of night. It's intimate. It's old school. It's on woodward!

I'd REALLY appreciate if you'd help me pack the place out and start the night off with a bang! We've set this

up so quick that we don't even have a flyer designed yet! I just wanted to give you the heads up so you can mark your calendar.

Thanks in advance for the support. Let's show people we can do an authentic retro night that's successful! You show up, and I'll rock it out.

-DAVO-

PS: SPREAD. THE. WORD. !

===================================

Finally there's going to be an AUTHENTIC retro night that will be playing the stuff you actually WANT to hear

from the 80s-early 90s.

New Wave/Synth pop/alternative rock/post punk/New Romantics/goth/industrial/ska/dream pop/trip hop/more!

WHO: DJ Davo, music historian :p

WHAT: Neptune Nights: authentic retro

WHEN: EVERY THURSDAY,starting Oct. 4th

WHERE: New Way Bar in fashionable Ferndale

(23130 Woodard just N. of 9 Mile; E. side of the street Ph. 248-541-9870)
