Always Wondered If This Is True

Recommended Posts

With all these idiot dishonest lawmakers in office I always wondered if they are exempt from all laws,I still have to

do some research on other websites, since I am not sure,I have heard yes,and I have heard no,for right now I will have

to research this issue myself, any answers/theories would be of great help.

Um.. The Constitution. Read it. The President, Vice-President and their staff are protected from prosecution while in office.

It's also against Constitutional law to stop a Congressman from doing anything while going to and from a session of congress. So, for example.. this Craig guy who may or may not have been trying to get a hummer int he bathroom a the airport... he was on his way to a session of congress.. the cop, legally could not arrest him or even give him a ticket.

It's always been there... from day one. It's not new.

You mean those guerilla terrorists? Only difference between them and the Michigan Militia is they don't have any set goals other than the money.

Hm... I guess I should mention Blackwater... They've avoided the UCMJ, and any other form of law... for some time now practically. It's really hard to sue them so I've heard.

Blackwater was granted immunity not only by the US Military, but also by the Iraqi Govt.

They are security contractors hired and paid (alot) to protect individuals and other interests. They are paid per project. In other words, they are paid for each individual service. So they move 'Person A' from Mosul to Baghdad, they are paid. Protect a building for a day, paid. Not paid for sitting on a base for a day.

They don't go out and hunt people, perform raids, etc.. Thats the militarys job. So they are neither a militia or terrorists, or mercenaries as they are so widely labeled. They are a protection force.

Doing any research into their operations beyond what others might have published in a book clearly show that what they do is 'by the books'. The recent incidents are all under investigation. They will be cleared.

If I was in the situation these guys were in, of course I would return fire. They were attacked. And they responded.

How dare you expect someone to be shot at and not return fire. Ignorant.

The ignorant author of Blackwater was on Keith Olberman's show the other day. He made so many ignorant and ridiculous false claims that the show became more of a joke than anything that could be called news.

He referred to an incident where their compound was under attack by saying that "they were referring to the shooting of Iraqis as a 'Turkey Shoot". He didn't say they were returning fire to an attacking force. In the video they clearly are calling out people with weapons and their positions. Their were so many running thru the open, not using cover that it was as the saying goes, a "turkey shoot".

This was just one example.

People give Blackwater a bad name because they are owned by a Republican. If they were owned by a democrat I know they would not make a deal over it.

It's sad how a company gets dragged thru the mud simply because they are associated with Republicans or anything to do with protecting interests of the US. I suppose if they were in Iraq trying to harm us, these same people would welcome them, just as they are welcoming the terrorist president of Iran.

What a sad day to be an American. We prosecute those that are trying to help us.

Blackwater has had many blunders like firing on civilians in iraq that did nothing. There's too many to individually link so I shall direct you here... Crooks and Liars That site has steadily been keeping tabs on Blackwater. Just search the site a bit, it's all around in there.
