They have a really great class at Oakland Community College about CS3. I just took it back in the Winter semester and I was amazed by everything I learned.

You don't have to take the class, you can order the book from Amazon.com or CampusText.com and it comes with a CD and everything. (But if you are anything like me, a teacher is REALLY nice to have!)

Mr. Levin at OCC was one of my favorite teachers! I would take him again in a heart beat if he ever starts teaching an advanced class!

And I agree, having CS3 and NOT altering photos is a crime!
