A Benefit

This is a benefit show for a family who's 12-year-old son, Vincent, was killed in a car accident on September 29th. Since this family has done so much to help local area bands and musicians, and since they can really use their help, Mourning Sun along with 15 other bands have decided to try to return their help by having a fund-raiser for them. The show kicks-off this Saturday, November 3 at 1:00pm, at the Ritz and goes until the club closes. There will be raffles and auctions throughout the event, and all monies raised will go toward the enormous costs(ambulance,hospital,funeral) that the family are faced with.

All of the bands listed on this flyer have been helped in some way by the family, and would be grateful to any of their friends and family who can make it out to this event, and help this family when they can truely use it.

Mourning Sun is scheduled to play between 10:45pm - 11:15pm....just after Primortal, and just before Chaos Theory.

This was an email that I received from a band that my friend is in. He plays guitar. The bands name is obviously Mourning Sun and this accident was very very tragic. The band sounds awesome, they are heavy metal, I have been to some of their practices and one of their gigs and they are great. I will be there. Not sure what time that I will show up, but I will be there to see them. It would be great to see some of you there.
