How'd it go?

First time back in almost two years (or over, can't remember the last time). I hated it as usual, however I did see some old friends that I never see anymore. The music was good, but the sound was horrendous due to the blown speakers. I couldn't hear hardly anything resembling a low end frequency (bass). At least the heat was working but I did notice two holes in the wall just outside of the dancefloor letting in cold air. The duct tape job they used to try to patch one of those was funny. Seeing Dope before hand wasn't even worth it since they played a short set with no encore. Oh yeah, the new angry black security scared me. I'm not trying to sound racist, because there are plenty of awesome african americans that are in our scene. These guys just didn't seem like they belonged there. I'm just saying I'd rather have chris or will yelling at me to get the fuck out of the way or "GET OFF MY WALL" then one of them.

This weekend I might venture down to Lab for Exotica, I still haven't decided yet.
