What Are You Thankful For?

That I'm back in Michigan near my friends and family and especially my daughters.

That I have a good job with a bright future.

That I'm alive and well enough to meet the challenges that I currently face.

That I've met a few spectacularly wonderful people this year.

That Troy added so many cool smilies to the list.

That I'm a better flirt at 41 then I was at 21.

That Brenda moved her ass to Detroit so I can harass her personally more often.

I'm thankful to have survived the health crisis to raise my daughter.

I'm thankful that my daughter is relatively healthy and almost always happy.

I'm thankful for my wonderful family.

I'm thankful for the friends who have been with me for ages, through thick and thin.

I'm thankful for the new friends I've made and know that several will become life long friendships.

I'm thankful for my job. Even when it's gruesome with office politics and other issues, I am very fortunate.

I am thankful for my days off. They are starting to come few and far between.

I wish I could say my health......but it sucks. So I will just say I am thankful I SURVIVED Another year! Take that biatches!!!

Thankful I live in a country where I have enough freedom to go to a public park, light a small fire and do a ritual on a hill top......smoke some herb......go home and watch serial killers on tv.

My Friends (new and old who are a truly remarkable group of people)

My Pets (which are like my friends, and family, by default)

My Job (and the people who work with me, who are like another family to me)

Definitely thankful for discovering DGN (my new friends. I'm SOOO glad that I was paying attention at City Bites when people were talking about this place)

I guess I could have just said that I'm thankful for the people in my life... without them, I would not be who I am and where I am today.

I guess I used to be all anti meds. Never really understood it until now. I am thankful for them too because 1) your still here and 2) Jay is still here, thanks to meds.

I'm thankful that I have healthy babies. Also, the fact that they're pretty darn cute doesn't hurt anything either.

I'm thankful for Guy. He's my McDreamy.

I'm thankful for my family. When I needed to go to ER, I made one phone call, and FIVE people showed up at my house to watch the babies. Overkill? Definitely, but I sleep better at night knowing that this is how my family responds in a crisis. They show up.

I'm thankful for friends that are funny, dear, and loyal.

I'm thankful that I have a job, a warm house on cold days.

I'm also thankful for the freezer full of orange creamsicles (I told you Guy was awesome).
