Dishwasher is included in the apt at no extra cost. Washer/Dryer are optional. Both of the bedrooms are separated by the living room. My roommate and I leased it until August 2008 but due to my having bought a house, I cannot get both me and my roommate out of the lease without having someone take over the apartment. This could mean signing a new lease and the price could very depending if they have a special going on. Place is very clean and smokefree and is located on the first floor with a back sliding glass door looking at the west side into the woods. Its very nice and fairly quiet.
