This Just Does Not Make Any Sence At All

Me and several others were not too happy when we saw the not on the time clock explaining how vacation time was set up,I have never heard of this moronic idea ever,one of the reasons I want to vacate,it says that vacation time is always from January to January,for example if you start in Feb,you have to wait almost two years to recieve vacation time,WTF!,if you started in August 2006 like I did,you have to wait till July shutdown week 2008 to use it,even though its past Jan 2008 I cannot recieve vacation time,same with several others at work.Everyplace that I have worked at in the past gave one week vacation time one year after your hire in date,all I know is, is that its the VP Nazi that pulled this one.

so some of us are able to collect unemployment,for the four unpaid days,I never ever had to deal with something like this before,ever.all I know is I'll work a for my brothers company for cash,,considering we will not be back to work till Wed Jan 2.
